CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Kids II of Atlanta is recalling 408,500 Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumpers in the United States and Canada.

The "sun" toy attachment on the jumper could rebound back and hurt the child.

The firm has received 100 reports of incidents including 61 injuries, which range from bruises and lacerations to the face, to a lineal skull fracture on a 7-month-old boy and a chipped tooth on an adult.

The recall includes jumpers with model number 90564 on a tag attached to the underside of the seat.

The jumpers were sold at Target, Toys R Us and other retail stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com.

Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Kids II for a replacement toy attachment.
