11 Year Old, Battling Cancer, Gets Wonderful Surprise From Taylor Swift

PHILADELPHIA -

A young girl, battling brain cancer, gets a wonderful surprise from pop star, Taylor Swift!

11-year-old Amy Hosmer was given an autographed guitar, signed by the "Love Story" singer herself. It was donated by Taylor Guitars.

Amy saw Taylor Swift perform at the Lincoln Financial Field just last night when our own Mike Jerrick gave her four tickets to the concert on Good Day.

It was amazing to see her. Just period, you know," says Amy. "Because It wasn't just a picture, it wasn't just anything, it was actually her!"

Amy says her dream is to be a singer, just like Taylor Swift. Her dream came true when the Ronald McDonald house helped her record a song about their summer camp.
