All the talk today was about the Emmy's...But back in 2009, it was the MTV video music awards that was all the buzz--When Kanye West interrupted taylor swifts acceptance speech with "imma let you finnish"- remember?
But now, 4 years later, website Gawker got a hold of a secret audio tape where krazy Kanye tries to justify his bonehead behavior, the recording was allegedly made in a restaurant after the awards show. Kanye can be heard bragging about how fast he can write songs -- and why inexplicably that's the reason Beyonce should have beat Taylor Swift?
Far be it from this reporter to determine what's "crossing the line" when it comes to covering famous people.
But safe to say if you end up pregnant by one of them-- you've probably broken some rules of responsible journalism.
Former Oasis frontman Liam Gallgher is relavant again now that ny times reporter Liza Ghorbani claims he fathered her child.
She filed a 3 million dollar paternity suit against the british rocker. She says she was profiling the "Wonderwall" singer back in 2010 for the times and claims to have given birth to their love child this past january.
This morning's Emmy announcement's left a few fan favorites out in the cold...
Fans of bbc america's "Orphan Black" feel abandoned the show's star, Tatiana Maslani, was left out of the best actress catagory.
Maslany plays the lead character as well as multiple clones of herself-- that's 7 seperate characters-- making her an obvious contender and a nightmare to live with, probably.
H-B-O's Liberace love story "Behind the Candelabra" earned 15 emmy nods--- including 2 for Michael Douglas and Matt Damon. But the film's most memorable star -- Rob Lowe --was left out. Lowe played plastic surgeon Dr. Jack Startz and his face was so jacked up for the role he looked like Courtney Cox. Or a surprised cat. Either way, rob was robbed!
Lindsay Lohan is finishing up rehab and getting feeling back in her brain...
So it must have been particularly painful to be left off the list after her haunting performance in lifetime's Liz & Dick.
Lohan as Liz Taylor should have at *least* earned the make up team a nod, for transformimg a weathered, drug-adled lindsay into iconic Liz Taylor.
