ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

Attorney Cheney Mason has been helping Casey Anthony remain in hiding for two years since a jury found her not guilty of murder.  Mason told FOX 35 that George Zimmerman and his inner circle have a tough road ahead.

"George's problems are not over, and they'll be that way for sometime to come," said Mason.  "And it's unfortunate."

As protests show, regardless of the verdict, throngs of people still believe Zimmerman is a murderer.  It has been two years since Anthony was acquitted of murder and got out of jail.  A mandatory court appearance forced her out of hiding for a few hours, but that's about all we've seen of her.  Mason said little has changed for his client.

"She has no freedom, except that she can get up when she wants to and go to sleep when she wants and eat when she wants.  The jail  bars are invisible, but they're there.  The reality is, she doesn't have any freedom.  George Zimmerman's not going to have it either."

Zimmerman's whereabouts are known to only a few people as is Anthony's location.

"It took some doing some moving around and some commitment, several people and intermediaries and connections," said Mason about finding the right location for Anthony.

When asked how many times Casey has had to move, Mason responded, "I'm not going to tell you that."

After a video diary of Anthony surfaced, Mason said she stopped using email.   If he goes to visit her, he covers his steps.

"Sometimes by plane, sometimes by train sometimes by boat."

Mason said he and Casey both still get hate mail regularly.

"They continue to says she is a murderer... and threaten her."

His best advice for George Zimmerman?

"He's going to have to hide, absolutely hide for some time.  If he fails to do that, it will  be reckless."
