FOX Consumer Report: Walmart proudly proclaims to be the low price leader, but you may be getting duped.

A FOX viewer says Walmart is selling the same product under two names--and one is sold at more than double the price of the other.

    A 2-alarm fire broke out in a commercial building in New Jersey on Tuesday morning.The fire happened in Palisades Park on Bergen Boulevard and 12th street. SkyFoxHD caught smoke pouring out all over the building. The fire department was on the scene battling the blaze. It is unclear what caused the fire. No injuries were reported.

    Three middle school students got permission from a Manhattan judge to sign a multi-year recording contract with Sony. The court's approval allows the heavy metal band, Unlocking the Truth, to record their first single Wednesday for The Cherry Group, a division of Sony. The Brooklyn boys had to get court approval because they are minors.
