A Gary, Ind., woman attacked her ex-boyfriend outside his Chicago home with a stun gun, hitting him four times out of about 20 attempts, authorities say.

Channelle N. Luckett, 27, faces a charge of domestic battery in connection with the attack, the Sun-Times reports.

Authorities say Luckett attempted to call her ex about 30 times on his cellphone. Eventually she appeared at his house in the 11900 block of Wallace in Chicago about 4:40 a.m. Saturday.

She was banging on his doors and windows until he came out and asked her to leave, authorities said.

When he mentioned there was another woman in his house, Luckett took out a stun gun and hit him four times in the arms. She tried to stun him an additional 15 to 20 times, authorities said.

"That one way to get somebody off you," said Judge Adam Bourgeois Jr. Sunday. He ordered her to stay away from the man and gave her a recognizance bond.
