A 18-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man were arrested after police say they forced a 15-year-old girl into prostitution.

Phoenix police say they got a call from a 15-year-old girl saying she had been forced into prostitution. They met her at a fast food restaurant near Peoria and 35th Avenues on Thursday.

The girl told detectives she met Kiana Clark on a social networking website and Clark later allegedly convinced her to meet up at a hotel near 83rd

Avenue and McDowell Road.

After she got to the hotel, police say Clark introduced the girl to Marquel Watson.

According to officers, photos of Clark and the 15-year-old were taken and put in online ads.

Over the next two days, police say both Clark and the young girl participated in prostitution.

Watson allegedly received all of the proceeds from the sex acts.

The 15-year-old called her family on Thursday and told them she was being held against her will.

Police say both Watson and Clark made incriminating statements when they were interviewed.

Watson was booked into jail on two counts of sex trafficking and Clark was booked on sex trafficking and possession of dangerous drugs charges.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey could rescind a $1-a-year lease for a park-and-ride lot near the Lincoln Tunnel. The agency's chief of real estate and development told a committee Wednesday that it should change a deal made in 2012. Published reports have alleged that former Port Authority chairman David Samson voted to approve the lease even though his law firm did business with New Jersey Transit, which operates the park-and-ride lot.
