The Talker: Woman goes on vile rant against Dunkin` Donuts employee

Posted: Updated:
CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

A video of a woman going on a foul-mouthed rant against a Dunkin' Donuts employee for not giving her free food has gone viral.

Taylor Chapman, 27, didn't get a receipt from a Dunkin' Donuts in Fort Lauderdale, so she decided to deal out some iPhone justice the next day and record her efforts to get her meal free.

She starts out calm enough, but then gets increasingly agitated over the course of the 8 minute video and it ends up with some ugly racist remarks.

The recipient of this verbal beat down is a Dunkin' Donuts employee named Abid Adar.

You can hear him on the video calmly telling the woman he'll make her Strawberry Coolatta and whatever else she wants for free. Still, Chapman piles on the insults.

Now, Dunkin' Donuts is piling on the praise. The company tweeted: "We're proud of how our crew member handled the situation" and called it a powerful example of great customer service.

Adar and another employee in the restaurant have been invited to a special company event in Florida later this month.
