Fans of the band Mumford & Sons will have to wait a little longer to see them in concert.

The English folk rock group had to postpone three upcoming shows - including Tuesday night's concert at the Gexa Energy Pavilion in Dallas - because a band member is in the hospital.

Doctors said Ted Dwane will need surgery to remove a blood clot.

A show near Houston on Wednesday and one in New Orleans was also canceled.

In a statement on the band's website, the group said, "All dates will be rescheduled and will be announced as soon as we can; all tickets for this week's events will be honoured at their rescheduled dates."

Mumford & Sons just won the Grammy for Album of the Year.
