Chicagoans flock to Printers Row Literary Festival, Andersonville Midsummer Fest

Chicago festival season is in full swing! Many enjoyed the Printers Row Literary Fest this weekend.

From book sales to poetry readings and cooking demos, there was a little something for everyone. More than 200 authors were also on hand for signings and panel discussions.

The festival was founded almost 30 years ago. It has since grown to five city blocks.

The Andersonville Midsummer Fest also took place this weekend. From food tastings to live music, shoppers celebrated Swedish heritage at the 48th annual fest.

The Chicago Blues Fest, North Center Rib Fest and the Old Town Wells Street Art Festival also took place this past weekend.
