ATLANTA -

They say you can't win if you don't play, and thousands of people are.  The jackpot for Saturday night's Powerball drawing is an estimated $600 million, giving many a bad case of lottery fever.

With so many number combinations in play, the chances of winning the big prize are astronomically high at about 1 in 175.2 million.  But that hasn't stopped people in Powerball-playing states—including Georgia—from getting in line for their chance at winning it all.

Saturday night's jackpot is the second largest in world history, just a few million behind a $656 Mega Millions jackpot from back in March 2012.

The Powerball jackpot has been rolling over since April 3.  Though no one picked all six numbers correctly on Wednesday, two winners from the metro Atlanta area won $1 million each.
