Arrest Made In Bryn Mawr Hit-and-Run

Posted: Updated:

Last month, a woman and her five-year old twin daughters were crossing Lancaster Avenue in Bryn Mawr, Montgomery County, when they were hit by a car.  The car fled the scene.

This afternoon, police announced that they have arrested 27-year old Stephen John Groch of Havertown and charged him with three counts of Accident Involving Death or Physical Injury.

Shortly after the April accident, Fox 29's Omari Fleming spoke to the girls' mother, Janeane Davis at DuPont Hospital where her daughter, Zahirah was recovering from her injuries.

Ms. Davis expressed her desire to turn back the hands of time for the sake of her daughters.
