Heat fan who gave Joakim Noah the finger has shady past

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

The big social media story out of Miami isn't the Heat and the Bulls, but the Heat fan who flipped off Joakim Noah.

The Twitter-verse has exploded over her gesture, but it turns out the woman's reputation may be even more colorful than the comments about her.

Filomena Tobias is the widow of former CNBC contributor and hedge fund manager Seth Tobias, her 4th husband.

Tobias was found dead in the swimming pool of their home in 2007, according to the New York Times and Tobias' brothers claimed Filomena drugged Seth and lured him into the pool where he drowned.

She didn't face any criminal charges in connection with the death of her husband, but police were summoned to her house three times during her third marriage.

Once, while having dinner with her husband in a restaurant, she jumped from her seat, placed her lips over her husband's nose and began sucking searching for cocaine residue.

Filomena's daughter came to her defense, saying that her mom was just having fun like any other fan and that people need to "get a life."

The family holds season tickets.
