TROY, Mich. (WJBK) -

Three of the incidents happened in Troy and one in Royal Oak beginning May 4.

The man is described as approximately 30-years old, although some of the witnesses described him between 18 to 35-years old and others 35 to 40-years old. He has short, dark hair, scruffy looking and spoke with a slight accent. He was wearing a navy baseball cap and red shirt.
