Special Olympics 2013 kick off with Chicago Bear J`Marcus Webb

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

The 45th annual Special Olympics kicked off Tuesday morning at Soldier Field.

More than 3,300 athletes and honorary coach J'Marcus Webb of the Chicago Bears took part in an elaborate ceremony, complete with the ceremonial lighting of the Olympic torch.

This year's spring game competitions will take place Wednesday through Friday at Eckersall Stadium.
