Marshals seek sex offender who absconded from supervision

TUCSON, Ariz. -

U.S. Marshals are looking for a 66-year-old registered sex offender who was released on pre-trial supervision and fled.

Dennis Marklin Foster, whose last known address was on the west side of Tucson, was convicted of sexual contact with a minor in 1985, out of Pima County.

He was required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

Foster was recently charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after a search warrant was conducted on his residence. He was released on the supervision of Pima County Pre-Trial Services but absconded, and his current whereabouts are unknown.

Foster is a white male, 5'9", 160 lbs., with graying hair and brown eyes.
