Mother's Day is nearly upon us, and if you're looking for ideas to make it extra special, Good Day Atlanta can help! Designer and lifestyle expert James Farmer has some table setting ideas, and he shared his secret on jazzing up your pound cake.

Recipe: Thyme-Infused Pound Cake Glaze

Ingredients:
1 pound cake
1 cup plum jelly or preserves
1 sprig rosemary
2-3 sprigs thyme
Rosemary and thyme for garnish
Fresh plums for garnish, sliced

Directions:
Warm jelly with rosemary and thyme over low heat until the jelly is infused with the herbs, about five minutes. Remove sprigs, and cool slightly. Spoon the glaze over cake, and garnish with herbs and sliced plums.
