We take on the race for Detroit Mayor and the controversial comments by Detroit's EM calling Detroiters "dumb, lazy, happy and rich."
A new poll shows Mike Duggan leading in the race for Detroit Mayor. Could those dirty tricks against him actually be paying off in his favor? Duggan supporter and community activist Malik Shabazz thinks

First, we delve into no-fault insurance reform.  Michigan drivers pay some of the highest rates in the country.  State Rep. Pete Lund wants to change that by getting rid of unlimited lifetime benefits for those injured in auto accidents.  He'd like to cap it at $1,000,000.  Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson thinks that would short-change those who face lifetime difficulties from those accidents.  He thinks the price we pay isn't a lot to make sure those people are taken care of.

Next up, what role did Islam play in the Boston Bombings?  The FBI says the suspects were motivated by religion.  But is it fair to blame Islam for the terrorist attack.  Former Oakland County Prosecutor Richard Thompson thinks so.  He says Islam is NOT a peaceful religion.  Sayed Imam Qazwini from the Islamic Center for America in Dearborn would beg to differ.  He says blaming an entire religion for the actions of a few is the worst kind of bigotry.
