Police: Man Found With 120 Bags Of Heroin, Other Drugs

HATBORO, Pa. -

Police in Hatboro say a 29-year-old man was arrested after officers found he was allegedly carrying more than 100 bags of heroin and other drugs.

According to police, Terrance Malik Anderson of Philadelphia was arrested Wednesday. Investigators say they had received information Anderson was allegedly involved in the illegal distribution of narcotics in the area.

A surveillance operation was set up in the in area of the 300 block of S. York Road, where investigators say Anderson was seen approaching a woman in a parking lot in an alleged drug transaction.

Officers moved in and say they found him with 120 bags of heroin, seven bags of cocaine and a small amount of marijuana.

Anderson was taken into custody. Police say he faces Intent to Deliver, Possession of Controlled Substances and Possession of Marijuana charges.
