Support Boston Strong pride at the Compatriots' Day Race Saturday, April 20

WARREN, Mich. (WJBK) -

A community run in solidarity with Boston will run in 12 cities across the country on Saturday, April 20. Participants are encouraged to wear red to show Boston Strong pride. A free race shirt with the Compatriots' logo will be given to the first 100 on site, provided by Sports Associates in Utica.

The run will take place at Warren Parks and Recreation at 5460 Arden Rd. in Warren. Check in begins at 10 a.m. and the 5K walk or run will start at 11 a.m.

Tickets are $20 donation for ages 9 and up, and free under 8.
All $20 donations will be donated to www.onefundboston.org.
