PHILADELPHIA -

A guy who broke into a woman's home in North Philly but was caught in a photo taken with her cell phone camera is now under arrest, police say.

The break-in happened at 9:47 a.m. back on March 30 on the 1300 block of West Silver Street, in the city's Hartranft section.

The homeowner managed to take a picture of the would-be burglar before he took off.

On Friday, a photo was released to the media. One day later, police said they responded to investigate a person, and upon arrival he was met by the suspect, who police said he was wanted to turn himself in after seeing himself on a local news station.

Sabu Shealy, 34, is homeless, police said. He's been charged with burglary and criminal trespass.
