Ken Burns Looks Back At 'The Central Park Five'

When it comes to documentaries, few are more accomplished than Ken Burns.  His films have won Emmy Awards and other honors, and two of them have been nominated for Oscars.   Some of his most famous works are The Civil War(1990), Baseball (1994) and Prohibition (2011).

Now comes "The Central Park Five," about the racially-charged climate which led to five teenagers being wrongfully convicted of raping a white woman in New York City's Central Park.  Ken Burns joins Steve Edwards and Maria Sansone on Good Day L.A.

‘The Central Park Five' airs next Tuesday at 9:00 pm on PBS.
