Albuquerque tops list for pet friendly travels, Tucson 3rd

TUCSON, Ariz. -

Priceline says Tucson is the 3rd best city in the country for four-legged travelers. Albuquerque was named America's best.

The travel booking site Priceline.com compiled the top 10 list of the city's most friendly for travelers with pets based on the number of pet-friendly hotels, the number of off-leash dog parks per hundred thousand residents and the city's walkability.

Most of the cities are in the West.

3. Tucson, Ariz.
4. Tampa, Fla.
5. Indianapolis
6. Salt Lake City
7. Austin, Texas
8. Tulsa, Okla.
9. Louisville, Mo.
10. San Francisco
