NEW CASTLE COUNTY, Del. -

A 39-year-old music instructor who police say had a sexual relationship with a teenager in 2006 was arrested in Wilmington.

According to police, Christopher Horne was taken into custody Monday in connection to a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old.

Police say their investigation started in October of 2011, when they responded to a Balmoral Court home on the report of an alleged rape. Police say during their investigation, they were able to determine that Horne was allegedly giving the victim private music lessons when the relationship began during the summer of 2006.

The victim told police she had sexual relations with Horne on at least two different occasions before her 18th birthday, police said.

Police say they obtained a search warrant for Horne earlier this month. Investigators say he was previously a music teacher at a business on the 5800 block of Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington.

Horne faces two counts of rape in the fourth degree and one count of unlawful sexual contact, police said.

If you know anyone else who may have been a victim, you're asked to call the New Castle County Police Department at 302-395-8110.

The saying art is autobiographical takes on a whole new meaning when your canvas is a fully nude human body, as it is for artist Andy Golub. Andy along with 30 other artists and 45 Technicolor models paraded around several Manhattan hotspots over the weekend for NYC Body Painting day. Believe or not, this is completely legal in New York City.
