Service lets parents monitor social media for signs of trouble

Bullying is a big problem, especially online.  How do you protect your kids while also giving them some privacy?

Brian Eisenberg, a local father and businessman, believes he has the answer.

It's called Family Signal.  Sign up online and you're covered 24 hours a day in every state.  If your child is communicating through social media involving sex, drugs, violence, bullying or hate, you get a text message within five seconds to five minutes.

About 30 seconds later, you'll receive an email which shows you the conversation your child was involved in.

He died three days later.
