$5,000 Reward Offered In Cheltenham Rite-Aid Robbery

A $5,000 reward is now being offered for the arrest and conviction of the suspects who police say robbed a Cheltenham Rite Aid Tuesday.

The Citizens Crime Commission says Rite-Aid posted the reward.

Police say they are looking for two men who walked into the Rite Aid store on the 1400 block of Cheltenham Avenue around 5:20 a.m. Tuesday and stole cash and cigarettes.

Surveillance video shows one of the suspects purchase an item from the store, but then the man is seen pulling out a black semi-automatic handgun. Police say the man demanded money and cigarettes from the register.
