A consumer group says most kids' meals at restaurants are too high in fat, sugar and salt.

The report from the Center for Science in the Pubic Interest says 97 percent of meals failed to meet recommended nutritional criteria for 4 to 8 year olds.

The worst meals include Applebee's grilled cheese on sourdough bread with fries and two percent chocolate milk, which contains more than 1,200 calories, 62 grams of fat and more than 2,300 mg of sodium.

Next on the list: Chili's pepperoni pizza with homsestyle fries and soda. It clocks in at more than 1,000 calories and over 2,000 mg of sodium. Denny's Jr. cheeseburger and fries has less fat, calories and sodium than the previous two but it still has more than double the daily recommended amounts. Dairy Queen's chicken strips and Ruby Tuesday's mac 'n cheese also made the list.

The reports says a children's meal should have less than 430 calories and 770 mg of sodium, as well as a serving of fruit or vegetables with some whole grains as well.
