NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

For many New York women, Kate Middleton's perky nose is fast becoming the most coveted, shall we say, accessory for spring.

Kate's nose is now all the rage, according to the Daily News.

Plastic surgeons say the royal fashionista's nose is en vogue among many women because it will never go out of style.

Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, and Nicki Minaj's backsides are favorites among patients for those looking for a little extra, extra curve.

Dr. Matthew Schulman is a Park Avenue plastic surgeon who specializes in body contouring. One such procedure is the Brazilian butt lift. He says he turn away about 25 percent of people. Many times it's over psychological reasons.

Wanting to look like a celebrity is nothing new, but it's become more attainable thanks to credit.

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons documented 14.6 million plastic surgery procedures this year, up 5 percent from last year.

Even if on the outside, surgery helps you look like your favorite celebrity, psychologist Dr. Jeff Gardere warns you still may not get the result you wanted.
