Chef de Cuisine Casey Overton from Montage Laguna Beach's THE LOFT Restaurant looks forward to welcoming you and your family to an unforgettable Easter celebration. Today, Chef Overton prepares some of his favorite Spring dishes with Steve and Maria. He is joined today by the Montage Quartet courtesy of MG Music Events.

Maria was excited to whip up new dishes including Strata (her favorite savory bread pudding) and coconut creme crepes, beignets, and eggs poached in red wine.
