Not Really Carmageddon, But Messy Commutes

Major work related to the construction of the Venice Boulevard Bridge will begin Monday, March 25, 2013. Commuters should expect and plan for lane reductions along Venice Boulevard and Robertson Boulevard as construction for Phase 2 of the Expo Light Rail Line continues.

Lane reductions and other work activities are related to the construction of the Venice Boulevard Bridge. This bridge will connect Phase 1 of the Expo Light Rail Line to Phase 2 of the Expo Light Rail Line.

Work activities including re-striping of traffic lanes, traffic signal relocation, and the installation of concrete barriers will take place in the evening through March 29, 2013. Construction of the Venice Boulevard Bridge will begin March 2013 and last approximately 9 months.
