NOVI, Mich. (WJBK) -

The Novi Backyard Pool and Spa Show is open all weekend.

If you're looking to Shangri-La your homestead, it starts with a hot tub and lots of bubbling water.

"The ones that got the money, they're fussy," said Don Cook with Prograde Pools.  "They're making it their backyard resort."

Backyard landscaping is a big deal these days.  Pavers, decks, patio sets and whatever you can imagine can be incorporated, even a putting green if you need to work on your golf game.

"We're looking forward to another good year," said Bill Rich with Heritage Landscaping.  "Last year was good, yes it was, and we're hoping for another one."

The event runs through Sunday at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi.  For more information, visit www.novipoolshow.com.
