Police on Long Island are searching for a missing New York City woman after her car was found abandoned near Gilgo Beach.

Police said Monday that Natasha Jugo's abandoned blue Toyota Prius was found on the south side of Ocean Parkway in Nassau County on Sunday. Some of her personal items were also found.

The 31-year-old is from Queens. She was last seen leaving her home on Saturday, police said.

Police describe her as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, and with brown eyes and blonde hair.

Nassau police said there is no connection between the missing woman from Queens Village and the discovery of 10 sets of human remains in the Gilgo Beach area between December 2010 and April 2011.

The NYPD is working with Nassau and Suffolk police in the search.

If you have any information you can contact NYPD's Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS or at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
