Goodon got a response from someone he believed was a girl under 15-years-old.

Police say Goodon and the girl started communicating through e-mails and in one of the e-mails, he asked her to have sex and to take pictures with his cell phone while he was having sex with her.

Police say Goodon arrived at a determined meeting location on Thursday, thinking he was going to have sex with a minor. Goodon was arrested and faces charges of luring a minor for sexual exploitation and sexual exploitation of a minor.

According to officers, Goodon admitted to soliciting the girl for sex and to wanting to take pictures of her during the act. He also allegedly said he knew what he was doing was illegal.
