DETROIT (WJBK) -

Relatives rushed to the scene of a bizarre and deadly family drama Friday on Pelkey near Seven Mile on Detroit's east side.

"The guy got to shooting.  The girl got to driving and ran him over.  I think she was shot in the head," said Vic Lee.

He was across the street at Prime Time Auto Repair when he heard an argument.

"They [were] arguing, but I didn't think it was going to lead to all that.  I just thought it was just a regular argument,'" Lee explained.

They were brother and sister having only met one another in recent years.  It's not known what the argument was about, but it turned violent.  47-year-old Terry Hill armed with a gun and his sister armed with a car.

"The girl got out of the car, fell on the ground....  Her mother drove her to the hospital," Lee said.  "Her mother was in the car.  Her baby was in the car.  Her brother was in the car, and she ran over her other brother, and he shot his sister."

This incident is still under investigation. Police said it is not yet clear if the sister will face any charges.  That is because it's also still unclear who was the aggressor and who was acting in self-defense.
