A new gas station gave away free gas to the first 150 people in line on Friday to kick off their grand opening weekend in Tempe.
The first 150 people in line at the new location at Elliot Road, east of I-10, received 10 gallons of gas free of charge. Cobblestone Auto Spa was originally extending the offer to 100 people but increased it after the high turn-out.
If you missed the free gas, this location is giving all customers gas for $2.99 with a carwash purchase at the pump.
Customers can also enter a raffle for various prizes.
