American Airlines to introduce self-check-in for baggage at O’Hare

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
Starting this week, some O'Hare passengers will be able to skip long lines by printing out their own luggage tags.
American Airlines is upgrading the self-check in kiosks at O'Hare so that they can also print sticky tags and then passengers will be able to deposit their self-checked bags at a special drop-off location, avoiding lines at the counter.
American says that the system is 55 percent faster than regular check-in.
