In Tuesday's Entertainment Fix, two performers say their songs have been used in Baauer's number one hit the Harlem Shake, and now they want compensation. The New York Times reports that songs from Hector Delgado and Jayson Musson are used in the viral phenomenon.

The two men say they never gave Baauer permission to use their songs, and they are seeking an undisclosed amount of compensation.
