Four people were injured in a collision near Priest and Broadway on Sunday morning.
According to Tempe Fire Department, a driver crashed into another vehicle, causing the driver of the second vehicle to be ejected.
Both drivers were taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
Two pedestrians were hit by debris and taken to a hospital for treatment.
Firefighters say the driver of the at fault vehicle was impaired by a substance, but they're still investigating what type.

The van rear-ended a Taxi and Limousine Commission vehicle at the corner of Church Ave. and Utica Ave. at about 7:45 a.m., said police.
