The Bolingbrook police pension board reportedly wants to cut Peterson off.
Peterson is serving time in a downstate prison for the murder of his third wife and won't get out until he's at least 93.
Peterson'sattorneys say they don't think the board will be able to take his pension,because Peterson was not found guilty of any official misconduct.
