Tuesday night there will be a big grand opening celebration, part of a plan to revitalize Camelback Road.
The grand opening is at Zia Records store on the corner of 19th Ave and Camelback.
Phoenix City Council member Tom Simplot is encouraging businesses to return to the stretch of road that took some hits during the light rail construction.
One of the most recognizable landmarks -- the Beef Eaters restaurant -- has sat empty for years. Now the city is working to bring a book store to that location.
