Residents in Philadelphia's Frankford neighborhood woke up Monday to find some of their cars were spray painted.

Philadelphia police say a vandal hit 10 cars overnight. The vandal even spray painted the words "free poppy" on the wall of a home.

Residents of the Whitehall Apartments, where the cars were parked, tell FOX 29 vandalism is a regular problem in the area.
