Hundreds Run For Wounded Delaware Officer

WILMINGTON, Del. -

Hundreds of walkers and runners spent their Sunday in Delaware to raise money for wounded officer Justin Wilkers.

Wilkers was shot earlier this month during a routine traffic stop.

The "Community 5k for Wilmington Police Officer Justin Wilkers" started at 1 p.m. in Wilmington.

Organizers say the money raised from the event will be donated to Wilker's family.
