New clue in decade-old child porn case

Posted: Updated:
NEW JERSEY (MYFOXNY.COM) -

The FBI is conducting a nationwide search for a young boy seen in Internet videos being sexually abused.

The case is 10 years old, but new technology recently allowed FBI agents to pull an image from a child pornography site. The lettering on the T-shirt is the clue needed in a decade search for a young boy who was apparently sexually abused, the FBI said.

The pictures were taken in 2003.

The T-shirt says "New Market" and has a basketball image. FBI agents identified 12 locations in America with a "New Market" area from Minnesota to Alabama to New Jersey. There is a new market road in Piscataway Middlesex County.

Agents also pulled some images from the same child pornography video showing two men and an above-ground pool. In 2003, the men were 25 to 35 years old and 35 to 45 years old. The identity of the two men or T-shirt may lead to the abused boy.

The FBI hopes to find out what happened to the boy and the child pornography ring that abused him. If you know who he is, contact the FBI at 800-CALL-FBI.
