NJ Transit executives to meet customers in NYC

Posted: Updated:

NEW YORK (AP) -- Senior managers and executives from New Jersey Transit are meeting with everyday customers to get feedback.

A spokesman says riders can interact with members of NJ Transit's executive management team -- including the head of rail operations for Penn Station in Manhattan.

The forum is being held Tuesday evening held on the station's lower concourse.

It's one in a series of "We Are Listening" forums sponsored by NJ Transit.

Transit officials sponsor an average of 12 forums each year. They also conduct quarterly customer surveys to gauge rider satisfaction.

Previous forums have been held at the Port Authority Bus Terminal and the Hoboken Terminal.
