Think 'mind-over-matter' with Clinical Hypnotherapist Colin Christopher

Posted: Updated:

For almost 15 years, Colin Christopher has performed in front of over 250,000 people throughout North America. Christopher's background in hypnosis started in his early teens when he was training as a competitive athlete. His coaches used hypnosis to help him visualize and improve his performance. He was injured in a childhood accident and was unable to continue as a competitive athlete. Instead of suffering through constant pain, Christopher searched for ways to come to terms with his chronic injury and heal himself. He discovered hypnosis as his calling and began training to become a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Christopher's hypnotherapy has helped people lose weight, quit smoking, and overcome losing streaks within sports. While hypnosis makes for a great performance, Christopher says anyone can apply some of the same 'mind-over-matter' techniques used by hypnothearpists to help achieve all kinds of personal goals.

Christopher is also the author of 'Success Through Manipulation: Subconscious Reactions that Will Make or Break You'. More information on the book can be found at www.successthroughmanipulation.com. Performing hypnosis fun on audiences across North America, Christopher has even hypnotized volunteers to think that they are contestants and judges on American Idol. Videos of his work can be found on his website.

It's not just the styles that have changed with weddings over the years -- it's also the technology. Disposable cameras used to be the norm, but now there's an even simpler way for the bride and groom to get some candid photos of their special day.
