Video Of Man Being Whipped Surfaces Online, 3 Charged

An image taken from a video that recently surfaced online shows a man being forced to strip before he is whipped.
NEWARK, N.J. -
A video that surfaced online showing a 21-year-old who was forced to strip and is then whipped has gained the attention of police in Newark, New Jersey.
Three men were taken into custody in connection the video.
Police say the man was attacked in August because his father owed someone $20.
The three men in custody now face robbery, aggravated assault and other related charges.
