Waves Key West Shrimp
Coat bottom of pan with vegetable oil just enough to cover bottom of pan and heat.
Add 9 shrimp.
Just before they're done on one side, add 1 Tablespoon of chopped shallots and 1 Tablespoon of chopped garlic.
Flip the shrimp sweat the shallots and garlic, but don't let them burn, Add 1 oz. of tequila and flame.
Add 4oz of diced tomatoes, handful of spinach and 1/3 cup of chicken stock. Finish with 1 Tablespoon of butter, when butter is melted dish is ready.
