CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) -
The Chicago area could see wind gusts up to 50 miles per hour Monday, according to a wind advisory from the National Weather Service.
The wind advisory will stay in effect until 4 p.m., the weather service said. During that time, the Chicago region could see winds between 25 and 35 miles per hour, the advisory said.
"Winds this strong can cause minor property damage unless precautions are taken," the advisory said. "Driving may be difficult, especially in high profile vehicles. Motorists should be alert and use caution."
