Man dies after crashing truck near Sky Harbor Airport

PHOENIX -
A 42-year-old man died after he lost control of a truck and ran into the side of a roadway near Sky Harbor Boulevard and 44th Street early Saturday morning.
Ricardo Dessons was driving an empty Isuzu truck that belongs to the barricade company he worked for.
Police say Dessons lost control of the truck and collided with a raised structural portion of Sky Harbor Boulevard.
The collision didn't affect any flights to or from Sky Harbor Airport, but eastern routes to the airport were closed for several hours for the investigation.
