DETROIT (WJBK) -

Victims on Thursday's multi-vehicle pileup on I-75 were taken to several local hospitals, including Detroit Receiving, Children's Hospital and Oakwood in Dearborn.

Doctors say the injuries range from minor to life threatening.

"We have multiple patents here.  One is in critical care in the surgical ICU being taken care of by the trauma surgery team, as well as some surgical subspecialties.  We have another non-critical patient and several patients in the emergency room who will likely go home in stable condition," said Dr. Rebecca Bachusz with Detroit Receiving Hospital.

At least one person was released Thursday afternoon from Detroit Receiving Hospital.
